Products can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Agetec reserves the right to refuse packages and/or returns to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements.

All Returns & Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and unused.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags and be returned in the original retail packaging
  • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
  • The package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Please Note

  • We do not offer refunds at this time.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed.

Read Return & Exchange Policy (above) in its entirety to be sure your merchandise is returnable.

Please include the original packing slip and note which return option you would like (exchange or store credit). Make sure that your address, and contact information is included with at a minimum a daytime phone number or an email. We recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package.  Agetec, Inc. is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.

We will inspect the item(s) condition.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
